Disappoining Service / Lack of Accountability

Their front desk, like so so many of retailers, has no understanding of customer service and accepting their failings.

On October 16th, I made reservations under my name for three at 7pm. When we arrived promptly, on time, Caveau's maître d' informed us that we'd asked for a 7:30 seating. I found this insulting and a fabrication -- rather than accepting accountability, their people blamed us; my wife witnessed the call at 3:59p and confirms my accepted request.

We had an esteemed guest from New York City with us and were forced to eat at a competitor down the street.

When I sent note to info@caveauwinebar.com it was bounced back for days... their mailbox is full. Probably with complaints.
