Snapshot: Lancer Lounge
The Lancer Lounge is a classic Capitol hill dive bar. Stroll in any
time and be treated to a delightful drunken mix of local business
persons, residents, hipsters and a general crowd of people just
released from the asylum. Come in for the cocktails, because the Lancer
is unconcerned with liquor cost, pouring the most generous portions in
Denver. Pool, a jukebox, and a couple small TVs provide the
entertainment, but what the Lancer lacks in modern amenities, it makes
up for in character.
