Goodbye, Zima

Something alarming happened yesterday and I don’t see how I can possibly pass this by without writing about it: MillerCoors officially announced that they are no longer going to produce Zima, their delicious lemon malt beverage that tastes like Sprite on crack. What? No more Zima?? That is like saying Bud is no longer going to produce Bud Light Lime. They can’t do this to us.

After sleeping on it overnight, I found a solution to this debacle. There are plenty of malt beverages to help us soak away our Zima withdrawals. Many bars all over Colorado are ready to accommodate your hankering for some maltiness and liquor stores carry plenty of these beverages to help us forget our sudden Zima loss.—Erica Boniface
