Dressed up divas host a bingo tournament for charity
The hair was huge, the nails manicured, the eye shadow was bright and the attitude was unbelievable for the 6th Annual Drag Queen Bingo in Downtown Denver on Saturday night. Lannie's Clocktower Caberet was packed to the brim on a rainy night in the city as the fabulous drag queen Alexandra Winter hosted the evenings events, which raised money for the Rocky Mountain MS Center.
There were two shows for the evening, both which were sold-out and allowed those who attended to play approximately six to seven games of bingo. The queens applied some special rules to their version of bingo, which included some audience participation for certian numbers called. If bingo was called by someone in the crowd, everyone was asked to yell "F**k your bingo!," if the number B9 was called, the crowd was asked to yell "It's not a tuma" (Arnold Swartzenegger-style), and if O69 was called..... well, you can guess what sounds came after that.
A few came dressed in their best drag impersonation, but everyone came prepared with dobber in hand, enjoying food and drinks as they hoped for bingo. The evening was finished off with a lip sync performance where the crowd could tip Alexandra as she (he) performed. It was a hilarious night of fun and games all for a good cause.
