Lucky Lady Bikini Contest celebrates the season
Hooters Colorado Boulevard got into the St. Patrick's Day spirit Tuesday with a green-themed bikini contest. The competition pitted 10 Hooters girls against each other in two sexy rounds: St. Patty's attire and straight-up swimwear. Between rounds, customers got a chance to embarrass themselves in public with a pair of chicken wing eating contests (along with the occasional outbreak of middle-aged-white-guy leering).
Keeping the field to 10 contestants seemed to be a smart move. It kept the event to a manageable two hours, while giving the girls a chance to show off a touch of personality as well as their, uh, more obvious traits. Either way, as the saying goes, they were real, and they were spectacular.
