Awful all around experience!

This was an awful experience all around! The foam room and the children's room were filthy! They were unsupervised and dangerous. There was a height limit that was not followed which meant there were five to ten teenagers rampaging around the area with 3 and 4 year olds, which was not safe. There was very little parent supervision and no staff supervision in the kids play area, which led to complete chaos! There is an area filled with sand and a small sign that the sand is to stay in that area, but due to the lack of supervision the sand ended up everywhere and my son slipped and fell on the boat structure due to the amount of sand and hurt him self significantly; dangerous!

The bathrooms were scary!! There was no soap or paper towels, the toilet seats were gross, the trash cans overflowing!

When sat in a booth for dinner for 20min with no service. I asked a bus boy, he alerted a waitress and said it would be a few minutes, but 15 min later we still had not even been acknowledged. I returned to the bar to inquire and was ignored. As we were leaving I asked to speak to a manager. I proceeded to ask three separate people and it took another 15min before the manager arrived. When she came I expressed my concerns to be met with " I am spread 15 different ways and we are short staffed, have a good night," and she walked away. I had to chase her down and request the general manager. When I spoke with the general manager he claimed he had only been there a week, and the last week was worse. He said they had all new management due to the fact that is was dirty and dysfunctional.

I would not ever return, nor would I ever recommend Mr. Biggs. This was an awful experience!
