During the last five years, the Texas Hold’em bug has bitten us all, whether you ship out to Vegas casinos before your check clears, or you occasionally bankrupt your gram-gram of all her monopoly money on a Saturday night. Me, I watch those celebrity tourneys and play on their websites during the commercial breaks. But, there’s something to getting out and laying your chips down (without risk) in a real environment.
