Viva la Mexico! Bartender Niles Benjamin was nice enough to put one of these 24 oz. beauties together for us, even though it takes a little more time (translation: don't ask for one when the place is jammed.) Layered with the house and strawberry recipes, topped with melon, it makes Mexicans everywhere proud. Just don't drink it too fast or you'll be in for one helluva brain freeze.
