Halloween 2008 will go down in the partying books as being one of the best yet—mainly because people pulled no punches when coming up with their costumes. Yes, some were a little over the top, some were politically incorrect and some, well, were so sexy it made us blush a little. After traveling to Herman’s Hideaway, The Curtis Hotel, Three Kings, The Church, The Ogden Theatre and Alice 105.9's Exotic Ball.
