Place was understaffed! Jack Daniels and Captain Morgans are not "premium liquors" 2 bartenders for 200+ folks easily. Couldn't take drinks to other floors so you were stuck w/o your complete group. DO NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT!

This event was a MONEY MAKING SCAM! "Premium liquor" = Jack Daniels and Captain Morgans???? What? Two bartenders at a folding table serving well over 200+ people. Couldn't take drinks from one VIP level to another so my group of 20+ folks was all split up and waiting in all sorts of lines. Totally not worth it. Bars should have been staffed a lot more and this event may have stood a chance. I HIGHLY ... HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND THIS EVENT TO ANYONE!!!

This event was a total bust. VIP tickets didnt mean anything. had to wait in line for an hour to get in, then anotehr 30 mins in the bar to get a drink. Bouncers and management were unruly and seemed to actually be the cause of few fights that i saw. pretty pathetic set up, and def wont be going to anything set up by these guys again. horrble, horrible set up!!!!

They management was rude and not willing to compromise. A fight was breaking out as we left at around 2 between some guests and the management. I am not one to get in bar fights but if I was, this would be the time. They pretty much ruined our new year's eve. I am thankful I was with friends that I can have a good time with even if a party sucks, because this is a new low I will compare all future bad planning to. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

Then the lines were to long to get our free drinks like the VIP's were promised. We ended up paying for the first round. The second drink I got was Sprite and Vodka.... tasted like cement! They had ran out of tonic and cranberry juice. Why did they allow so many tickets to be sold online if they couldn't host that many people? The three dance floors advertised was a joke, because they all played the same techno trance at the end of the night. No variety. The balloons dropped ten minutes after midnight..... NEED I GO ON??????????????????????????????

This place was a total rip! VIP tix = waiting in line for an hous. Since the people running the event didn't think about getting a headcount from their automated online ordering, they ran out of wristbands.... twice! Instead of trying to rectify the situation and create another way by marking our hands with x's or something, they just made us wait! How hard would it have been to notify the bartenders there are two different forms of VIP markings? I'm sure there were probably VIP's standing in line at midnight. We were towards the beginning and didn't get in until 11:30ish!

I was extremely disappointed with this event. After paying for VIP service, we waited in line for an hour, then at the ticket desk for another 20 minutes because they ran out of VIP wrist bands. It was very disorganized and people were unhappy. I felt sorry for the volunteers taking the tickets, because they had to deal with the angry people. Once we finally got in, it was 11:30, and getting a drink at the open bar was impossible because the 2 VIP bars were swamped. We payed for our first round of drinks to have something to cheer at midnight. After that, things got a little better. We were able to get our open bar drinks, but they kept running out of mixers. The music was good, the lighting was good, but overall the event was very disorganized, and frustrating. I will never attend this event again.
