The Empire Lounge & Restaurant

A renovated retro neon sign now flags The Empire Restaurant & Lounge, the latest creation of industry veterans Brendan McManus (Jax Fish House, Zolo Grill, LOLA) and Jim Cohen (Tree Cafe, Tante Louise, Wildflower Restaurant, The Lodge at Vail). The old-school space, which was once occupied by Collacci's then later Pasquini's, has been transformed with deep maroon finishes, chocolate brown booths and is saturated with the warm aroma of a charcoal grill. The low, copper covered bar, located in the center of the Empire, is surrounded by cozy leather couches. The intelligent and fun staff are all about meeting the needs of their guests. It’s a cool spot to enjoy the company of old friends over a nice bottle of vino.
