Proof has a formula for success that involves catering to 30-somethings, dim lights and 80's video. They do play other types of music and there are people of varying ages that go there, but that's still Proof's strategy and they rarely stray from it. Their Friday happy hour is fantastic - they offer free food from the restaurant next door which is surprisingly good and $3 you call its. Nevertheless this is still a club in a strip mall, which is a little disorienting, but the proof is in, well, nevermind, you get it.
