WOW ! - Just found out about "CLUB SIX" . We had a great blues club ("Boomers") here in G.Jct., Co. "but it folded after 7 yrs. NOW, we hear that a "CLUB SIX" will move in - Ha, good luck dressing up these red neck cowboys and selling them $12 drinks. And note - the "law" here is the best at DUI's. Sad. Hope it flys, but - doubtful. Crispy Creme Donut Shop didn't even work here !

It's a sign of the times. Who wants to drive all the way to Scottsdale and party? Not me.

"I'm sure there are more to follow since you can't drive out of that area without being pulled over in search of "DUI Dollars"." Don't drink and drive ,fool, nothin' to piss and moan about if you drive it straight.

Somehow the article forgot to mention that Randy stopped paying his employees through payroll. I have nothing bad to say about the club itself but, I can say that there was some shady business going on in that place behind closed doors. The IRS should look very closely at their books come the end of 2009.

In this economy, not many people are going to pay $12 for a mixed drink, this isn't NYC as much as some club owners would like to try and make it out to be.

I ordered a vodka tonic for me and my wingman here two months ago. Had to be the worst drinks I have ever tasted! I paid $24 bucks for both! Last time I ever went there. Maybe they should have evauluated their drink prices/ drink quality a long time ago.

This place was constantly busy. I heard that the owner was just not paying his bills even though he was bringing in plenty of revenue. He was late paying his liquor distributor so they were demanding cash which ate up his rent money. Too bad. I think the owner is responsible for this place closing and not the economy.

SIX SUXD! I have been going to clubs in Metro Phoenix for almost 20 years, and this place was WAY over rated! Nowhere close to Amnesia in the late 80's or early Jetz/Stix in the 90's or even Martini Ranch in the 2000's. Those places were fun - SIX was just a bunch of posers/wannabes.

Oh, the horror!!! Another business catering to shallow Snottsdale socialites closing!!! I'm drowing in my tears for the pity of these snobs!!!

This place closed because it had a small dance floor and horrible music. Clubs with stagant owners who refuse to evolve with the ever changing club scene will continue to close.

Good riddance. The fewer "high-end destinations" we have here, the better. Now if the other snob hangouts would close. One can only hope.
